The growth and development of a country depends upon the education system. The more educated the youth , the more is its growth. Youths definitely play a great role in the development of any country. There are many kinds of issues that are to be addressed in our Indian education system to strengthen the system and youth of our nation.

1.Introducing skill based learning- Along with theory based learning the emphasis upon skill based learning is to be paid. Students are given some skills related to the workfield that can help in enhancing their ability. Many skill oriented courses and their types are there which can be implemented in schools and colleges.

2.Infrastructure improvement- Schools and institutes of rural areas don’t have good infrastructure. They are to be maintained properly for good quality of education. Accessibility of technology and devices should be given to rural students for their betterment. Cleanliness and hygiene are important and they are to be given priority too.

3.Teachers training is to be prioritised- Teachers are to be given specific training regarding the teaching methods. They should be well equipped and many more learnings can be given to teachers related to students and their overall well being. This can be done via workshops. 

4. Prioritising mental health of students- The pressure that is given to children for following specific domains is to be minimised and students should be free to  the streams of their choice. Availability of good mental health professionals should be there for helping children. Career counselling can be made available for all. New policies and legacies related to this can be implemented.

5.Updating curriculum- Updation of curriculum is to be done properly. Proper steps are to be taken for addition and modifications of the new curriculum. Specialists panels can help in making updated curriculum for students.

6.Intervention of technology- Technology is now very advanced and making smart classrooms for students can help in better learning. Government can invest in good projectors and computers for advanced learning. This will make students updated and innovative. 

7.Importance of seminars and trips- By making good arrangements for seminars and trips the education system can give students a better approach and can help in giving them better insights. Trips to good educational places can enhance knowledge.

All these methods can help in improving the education system of India. Government and school authorities can take proper measures regarding this. 

Schemes that are working on improving the education system in India

Some schemes are present that focus upon the betterment of the education system of India. The list of schemes that are working towards the goal of better education in India are shared as follows.

1.Mid day meal scheme- Mid day meal scheme helps students to have one time meal at school and it motivates students to attend classes. Government and government aided schools use a mid day meal scheme. Students who study there enjoy the benefit of it.

2.Rashtriya Madhyamik Shiksha Abhiyan- It focuses upon providing secondary education to students. The schools are provided at small distances and the accessibility of schools is beneficial to rural students. Students can have education near their home.

3.Beti bachao beti padhao- This scheme is a famous one and it empowers the educational rights of girl children. Providing good education to girls on all levels is the main aim of this scheme.

4. Sarva shiksha abhiyan- It makes it possible for everyone to have education. New schools are made under this policy.
